These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Bigicloud’s hosting services including Web Hosting, Managed Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Servers. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Bigicloud offers a 3-day refund policy on new web hosting purchases. Customers must request cancellation within 72 hours of purchase to qualify for a refund.
You may cancel your hosting plan at any time by submitting a cancellation request via your client portal. For a refund, requests must be made within 72 hours of purchase.
Bigicloud performs periodic backups for Web Hosting & Managed Hosting; however, clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups. VPS and Dedicated Server users must implement their own backup strategy.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, Bigicloud is not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., network outages, force majeure, hardware failure). We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or financial loss caused by downtime.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if found violating these Terms, engaging in abusive activity, or failing to pay invoices.
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers are responsible for securing their login credentials.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the European Union, depending on the service location. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the respective region where the service is hosted.
